“I am not what has happened to me, I am what I choose to become” – Carl Jung

I graduated from Wayne State University with my Master of Social Work. I trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), among various other specialties. Since I was a child, I always knew I wanted to help people. I have personally experienced many of life’s challenges and can relate to my clients on a deeper level.

I care strongly about each of my clients and want to help everyone be an advocate for themselves. Life can be very chaotic; thus, I have made it my mission to be a strong support and comfort to those my works with. As part of my clinical practice, I provide a safe, trusting, and supportive environment for my clients. I assist my clients in processing and working through trauma as well as helping them understand that the trauma they endured does not define who they are, we are survivors of what has happened to us!
