My Goal as a therapist is to guide clients in taking steps to overcoming their obstacles in order for them to live more of a life they want to live.  I also work to keep a client safe and loved when dealing with very difficult issues.  I obtained my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan with the goal of helping others.  It is rewarding to see my clients make regular progress at their own pace.  I have extensive experience in the child welfare system.  I have worked with children, adults, and families in foster care and adoption in various counties in Michigan court system.

In my sessions, I like to explore many points of view in order to seek true understanding of the client and their relationship to their issues.  I have found that it is important to seek understanding first before rushing into a solution. I can assist you in helping understand what your needs are and how to get them met.  I can assist you in exploring your issues from different angles and choosing the best options available to you.  My passion is to help people work out their life issues and get in touch with their spiritual self.
