We all face challenges in our lives, from everyday stressors to dealing with depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. We all need a little extra support and assistance along the way and you may be looking for a listening ear, to gain a different perspective, or help in processing your thoughts and feelings, while learning healthy coping skills. You are the expert of your own life experiences and my goal is to provide a safe and supportive place for clients to learn the tools and resources for self-empowerment.

By utilizing an evidence-based treatment approach, I can assist you in gaining insight, knowledge, and an understanding of what you may be experiencing and how to implement effective coping skills to navigate life’s many challenges and triumphs.
