Hello! My name is Rachael.
I received my Bachelor of Social Work from Spring Arbor University and my Master of Social Work from Florida State University. I have worked in Special Education with teenagers with emotional issues and trauma for two years. I also have years of experience working with young adults up to seniors helping support them through challenging times. I also have experience working with adults who are incarcerated or previously were or navigating probation, the legal system, and starting over.
As a dedicated Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW), I am passionate about helping teenagers and adults one on one navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. With a Master’s Degree in Social Work, I will provide more of a holistic client-centered approach to therapy, that is compassionate, empathetic, also an evidence-based approach to support each client’s unique needs. I am here to walk alongside your journey and help support you through life's ups and downs.
I work under supervision to offer therapeutic interventions and counseling services, all while adhering to the profession's highest ethical standards. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can be themselves while exploring their concerns and developing the tools to lead more fulfilling and healthy lives.
I am committed to continuous learning and growth; I stay up to date on the latest research and best practices in social work. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or Chronic health challenges. I strive to empower clients to overcome obstacles. You are the expert of your life.
