Rachel Taylor
Rachel Taylor graduated with both her Bachelors of Social Work (2020) and Masters of Social Work (2022) from Grand Valley State University. Rachel has worked in various social work fields starting in 2020, ranging from foster care case specialist, special education school social worker, acute psych unit social worker, and is now a therapist.

Rachel's goal as your therapist is to bring knowledge from all of her fields to generate a safe environment where clients can feel empowered with the essential tools to cope with everyday stressors. She has worked with clients suffering with depression, anxiety, daily stress and management, ADHD, divorce, trauma, life transitions, self esteem, sexuality, peer relationships, and relationship issues.

Rachel has experience with all ages but ages 10-21 years old is her passion. Rachel utilizes motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy when working with clients. Rachel is a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and wants every client to feel comfortable and safe when working together. Rachel is always looking for better and more efficient ways to help her clients!
