Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW, IMH-E
Tiffani Pacheco
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with an Infant Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E), I am dedicated to supporting families, parents, and young children through a psychodynamic approach. I specialize in infant mental health, attachment theory, and pre- and post-partum support, guiding clients through their parenting journey and exploring how early relationships influence our present and future.
My approach centers on understanding the impact of early parenting experiences on current relationships and parenting styles. I work closely with families to strengthen the bond between parent and child and support clients in navigating and making sense of their emotions and actions. Together, we explore the "why" behind feelings and behaviors to facilitate meaningful change.
In addition to working with families, I also help adults who are struggling with relationships and personal challenges. By examining how attachment styles and early childhood experiences may be influencing current difficulties, I offer insights and strategies for overcoming these barriers and building healthier, more fulfilling connections.
Creating a safe, inclusive space where all clients feel heard and supported is a cornerstone of my practice. I work with individuals of all sexual orientations, races, and ethnicities, and am committed to helping clients understand that they are not alone in their experiences and that positive change is within reach. I chose this field because I am passionate about fostering connection and supporting people through their challenges. My goal is to walk alongside you in your journey towards greater understanding and transformation.
